Luke Bullen is the Vice President and Head of UK & Ireland at Wellhub (formerly Gympass), where he leads the company’s efforts to transform employee wellbeing across the region. With over eight years at Wellhub, Luke has been a key driver in building strategic partnerships that promote physical and emotional wellbeing in the workplace. Prior to joining Wellhub, he held the position of Head of Risk and Regulation at Aston Carter, a global workforce solutions firm. This background has given Luke a unique perspective on the intersection of employee wellbeing and business performance. Passionate about helping companies embed wellbeing into their core strategy, he regularly speaks at industry events and works closely with HR leaders at clients including Tiktok, Tesco, and Barclays to create resilient, high-performing teams. Luke is a strong advocate for sustainable wellbeing as a catalyst for growth and retention.

Matthias Helmbold has more than 20 years of experience in EB at companies including WTW, Syngenta, The Coca-Cola Company and Maxis GBN. In his current role, he oversees all EB insurance across DHL’s 220 countries, as well as the health and well-being activities associated with them. Helmbold serves as director on the boards of the group’s captives and underwrites annual EB premiums in excess of €150m ($165m).

Stella Gavinho Group Head of Wellbeing at Entain. With over a decade of experience designing and delivering wellbeing strategies for global organisations. She created Entain’s award-winning global wellbeing strategy Well-me, embedding physical, mental, and financial wellbeing into the company’s culture. Her career highlights include rolling out resilience programmes for 30,000+ employees, delivering global mental health training to thousands of managers, and leading wellbeing initiatives across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Americas. Stella is passionate about helping businesses integrate wellbeing into culture so both people and organisations can thrive.

Lauren is an award-winning DEI and Wellbeing leader with experience across six continents in consumer, manufacturing, technology, travel, and financial services. As the LEGO Group’s first Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, she has led global strategies that embed equity and inclusion into business growth, following senior roles at Tate & Lyle, Expedia, and J.P. Morgan. A Forbes 30 Under 30 alum and recognised as one of the UK’s Most Influential D&I Leaders, Lauren is also a founder, board member, and lecturer who continues to champion inclusive leadership and wellbeing worldwide.

Rebecca is Specialist Practitioner in occupational health and an experienced wellbeing professional having implemented wellbeing strategy in several large organisations. She currently leads an in-house Occupational Health and Wellbeing team at Cadent Gas. Rebecca isn’t afraid to break the traditional moulds for wellbeing and focus’ on having a measurable proactive impact on improving employee health and wellbeing. She focuses on embedding a culture of care and has a passion for ensuring that work has a positive effect on people’s wellbeing.

Sarah designs and delivers LinkedIn’s multi-dimension wellness programme across EMEA, making support visible, accessible and consistent in the workday and beyond the office. Her focus spans movement, mental health, nutrition, sleep and community, turning employee input into practical habits (from manager routines to in-the-community activations like the iconic 20km de Paris). Sarah is passionate about building wellness into culture so both people and organisations can thrive.

Mariano Santa Catharina is a Senior Content Solutions Consultant at LinkedIn, leading strategic creative programs across EMEA and LATAM. He partners with brands and agencies to build effective content strategies and translate data-driven insights into actionable creative ideas. With a background in marketing, brand management and storytelling, Mariano focuses on helping brands make meaningful connections with their audiences.
