Nestled in the heart of Irishtown, Yoga Yard is a purpose-built hot yoga studio that specialises in hot yoga classes but also offers non-heated yoga. Class styles currently include Hot26, Hot Flow, Hot Fusion, Yin and Yoga Conditioning offering a choice of in-studio temperatures and intensity levels to allow you to choose the class that best suits you at this point in time and the option to further challenge yourself when the moment is right. We invite you to come and join our diverse community of yoga practitioners of all levels – just show up on the mat and give yourself the gift of a better connection between mind and body. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to yoga or have been practising for years, everyone is welcome to move and progress with us at their own pace. You need to book to attend the activities.
