Welcome to The Hot Box Sauna. This all started back in 2021 with one old trailer sauna parked on the banks of the River Boyne. We built it ourselves learning as we went and set it up to see if people would come and try it. And they did. From that first spark, The Hot Box has grown into something much bigger than we could have ever imagined. Whether it’s the design of our saunas, how we structure a session, or the way we guide people through heat and cold, everything we do is shaped by what we’ve learned, and what we believe in: making space for people to feel better, breathe deeper, and connect with themselves, with others, and with nature. We’re still learning, still building, and always aiming higher. The Hot Box is our way of sharing something we love and we’re buzzing to see where it goes next.
