The SCOOP PILATES community exists to help people build strength through their centre to support the entire body. We are a friendly, passionate community focused around building strength, improving balance, enhancing posture and flexibility. SCOOP PILATES creates a calm, welcoming environment for you to practice Pilates. Classes can be found in Glasnevin and Finglas. Mat Pilates Beginners & Improvers Location: Meakstown Community Centre, Lanesborough Park, Meakstown, Finglas Wednesday 6.45pm - 7.30pm and 7.45 - 8.30 p.m. Classes are suitable for all abilities including new comers.
