Located with Douglas Court Shopping Centre, Douglas, Cork. New Levl offers both group fitness classes as well as 1:1 Personal Training. Expect exceptionally well thought out programmes for Strength and Cardio classes offered on alternating days (Mon, Wed, Friday Strength and Tues, Thurs, Sun Cardio). Saturdays are a social session with time to meet like minded people and socialise after class. New Levl classes follow a structured 12 week plan. You can start at any point, what matters is that you see progress over time. Strength Classes provide you with everything you need to build lean muscle and muscular strength. Great also for maintaining strong bones! Move and Teams are the Cardio sessions that will challenge you and encourage you to elevate your heart rate, sweat and improve the efficiency of your heart and lungs. New Mums are small group classes for new and expecting mums. No need to arrange childcare, bring baby along! These sessions help you to get stronger and fitter post partum and workout safely during pregnancy. New VIPS are strength sessions for older adults. Stay mobile, build strength and connect with other in a welcoming and community driven space. Stay fitter and stronger will working around the challenges of ageing.
