Located at 1906 17th Ave E, CROSSFIT OFC is the right choice if you’re looking for a crosstraining center. We combine Endurance (running, rowing, jumping rope, etc.), Weightlifting (squats, deadlifts, cleans, jerks, & snatches, etc.), and Gymnastics (pull-ups, handstands, rings, etc.) into our workouts. The community aspect of OFC is our greatest strength. You need to book to attend the activities.
