It offers Gym, Pool, Fitness Classes, Aqua Fit Classes and Aqua Bike Classes, with a team ready to help you achieve your goals. Booking is essential for fitness classes, and all classes can be booked 24 hours prior to class starting. We also offer Group Personal Training Sessions at a reduced cost for members.
