You don’t have to worry about how fit you are, what previous training experience you have or if you have never bike, row or skied before. We are here to support you and get you started. Your BikeRowSki coach will guide you through each 45 minute experience with us using the Bike erg, the Row erg and the Ski erg. You need to book to attend the activities.
