It’s fast, effective, and designed to maximize results in less time. At your first 35-minute Basecamp Fitness class, expect a fast-paced mix of cardio on the air bike and functional strength training. Led by an energetic coach, you'll push through intervals of exercises like kettlebell swings and burpees, finishing with optional core and recovery time.
