



From a young age, I've always been physically active (dance, gymnastics, cheerleading). In college, however, I wasn't feeling my best physically and decided to change that. Through group fitness classes and changing my eating habits, I started to see results. Over the years, I learned a lot about working out & realized I loved the feeling of getting stronger. I got into boxing after working the front desk of a NYC gym. I sought out lessons from fellow co-workers and over time & with consistent practice, boxing became my thing. Simultaneously, after taking many barre classes, I started teaching them on my own & integrating them into my PT and Group programming. Once I started with Fithouse, my barre & sculpt modality experience grew. My strength training/HIIT knowledge grew through the years as well & I loved switching up my workouts for myself and in my classes. I enjoy teaching others, motivating others through the discipline I've developed, and helping people reach their goals.
