CrossFit 709 is a locally owned and operated fitness centre with 24-hour member access. We offer daily classes that teach functional fitness. CrossFit is defined as "Constantly varied, functional movements performed at a high intensity". Our workouts are different every day and are infinitely scalable which means everybody can do CrossFit! We pride ourselves on our commitment to provide world-class coaching and the development of a strong, supportive community. We strive to prepare our members for anything that life can throw at them by properly teaching and performing functional movements that transfer directly into everyday life.
