WOMEN'S ONLY FACILITY Our mission is to empower women of all ages and fitness levels to live happier, healthier lives and receive the expertise and support needed to reach their goals. We achieve this by creating a welcoming, all-inclusive environment and delivering innovative kickboxing classes with personalized coaching for a safe, fun, and effective workout. We offer custom nutrition programs that are flexible and maintainable for long lasting results. We provide accountability coaching to insure members' success because at Hers Kickboxing, you are never in it alone. Since our beginnings in 2016 we’ve built a strong and supportive community that even a global pandemic could not destroy.
