Hawkestone Fitness

Hawkestone Fitness is Mississauga’s provider of high-level fitness training. We provide our members with a fun and motivational environment to help achieve their health and fitness goals. We teach people how to move better, keeping them injury-free. To serve the varied needs of all our members, our coaches are trained to scale workouts as needed, determining the best ways to help everyone progress.
