All Levels Led Class – Breathe & Connect A flow style class where all asana postures are practiced on the floor while sitting or lying down. This class is a great place to begin your yoga journey. Intermediate Led Class – Ashtanga Yoga Half Series A flow style class where asana postures are practiced while standing, sitting, as well as lying down. All Levels Class – Mysore Yoga A form of yoga therapy that realigns the spine, detoxifies the body, builds strength, flexibility, and stamina. Students are given an individualized yoga practice based on their ability, which begins with a private session and then is practiced in a group setting. It is a lifelong practice that you can take with you wherever you go.
