My professional journey began in the world of graphic design. Driven by a belief in the power of visual communication, I later co-founded a design studio with a strong mission: to create a positive impact on society through our work. However, I soon felt a need for movement that my design career couldn't fully satisfy. This led to a transformative chance encounter with Stéphanie Decourteille, which gave new depth and meaning to my work and teaching. Today, I am able to harmoniously combine my two passions—design and physical education—at a pace that is uniquely my own. My Approach to Movement and Martial Arts My teaching approach is an enriching blend of diverse disciplines: Calisthenics Gymnastics Chinese Martial Arts (Wushu) The goal of these techniques and exercises is twofold: To enrich one's own physical vocabulary. To foster personal growth through the culture, philosophy, principles, and values of Kung Fu Wushu and Sanda. My own experience as a dedicated practitioner guides my path. I strive to be a teacher who truly embodies the values I hold dear—morally, ethically, pedagogically, and humanly—to offer my students a truly holistic and inspiring journey.
