GO WITH THE FLOW Mobility, Flexibility and Strength Welcome to GO WITH THE FLOW. Our goal is to get you Moving!!! We will help you with your movement goals, whether it be less pain , stiffness , better mobility and flexibility or to increase strength at any fitness level. We offer private sessions, reformer classes and mat classes in Yoga , Essentrics and pilates. You can create a class time of your own for your chosen group or come to one of our already scheduled classes. There are so many options; contact us and we will find one that works for you! The Journey We’ve been a certified and practicing Pilates & Yoga Studio since 2016. We added the Essentrics® in 2018. Our studio is about better movement, through the integration of both muscular and fascia principles using the practices of yoga , STOTT PILATES® and Essentrics®. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and well-being.
