What We Do We offer flexibility for your body and calendar! Focused Studios caters to busy parents with an active child, and adults with hectic schedules eager to get moving. You shouldn’t have to stress about building fitness and fun into your daily routine. Our classes are primarily drop-in style dance or fitness classes for both adults and families. As we’re in the early stages of launching, we have many fun class ideas and setups on the way!
