Studio MoFitness Mtl is a welcoming and inclusive community studio lead by owners Coach Mo and Coach Chelsie. Our goal is to make exercise accessible and engaging and to demystify strength training for our members. We strive to empower everyone to rise to the challenge but also listen to their bodies. Keeping in mind that each individual journey is different, we invite members into our space to discover what they are capable of and learn from and encourage each other. We specialize in Strength and Endurance Training but also offer Kickboxing and Yoga-Pilates.
