It is a beautiful rhythmic art form involving self defense, music, song, acrobatics and strategic play. Axé Capoeira is an Internationally established Grupo with over 35 years teaching in Canada. Training in the discipline of capoeira builds strength, rythym, balance, discipline, coordination as well as a knowledge of the traditional music, language and culture it encompasses.
