We specialize in a creative form of martial art training developing practical self defense skills. Students of all ages can benefit from our martial art due to the non-locking flowing movements and healthy practices of yoga based stretches. We also have a fun approach to learning by keeping the basic principle that of our art simplistic but yet challenging to each student to develop proper effective form and power.
