Rhode Island Hot Yoga - Providence

Our Providence studio is located on the campus of the Rising Sun Mills on Valley Street. We offer a variety of heated yoga and fitness classes appropriate for beginner and experienced students alike, along with non-heated programs, massage services, infrared sauna, red light therapy, and a yoga boutique. Whether you've been practicing for years or you're just getting started, we look forward to being a part of your journey. Our historic mill building is bathed in natural light and features tall ceilings, exposed wood beams, and beautiful greenery. On the lower level, you'll find our Yoga Boutique, our Wellness Center, and our non-heated classroom space. On the upper level, you'll find our 1000+ square foot heated yoga studio along with locker rooms and showers. Both levels offer gender-neutral private changing spaces and restrooms for everyone's comfort.
