Daily workouts are broken up by muscle group and vary in strength and conditioning. Baselines are established throughout the year to measure member progression and growth. Cor4 Fitness is a boutique group fitness studio that has EVOLVED. Classes of 12 stations provide member motivation, accountability, and community; while allowing individual time with trainers. Our elite trainers go beyond learning names and previous injuries, we know our members’ capabilities in a multitude of areas. Classes use a combination of equipment including free weights, treadmills, rowers, stationary-fan bikes, and TRX straps–to increase heart rate and promote lean-muscle growth. Cor4 Fitness incorporates stability training, mobility training, joint health and proper foam rolling and recovery needed in our daily lives. Cor4 Fitness strives to maximize performance and potential without risk of injury. Members gain knowledge of exercise movements to assure adequate movement results.
