An introductory course to jiu-jitsu for people who are new to the sport. Our goal for this course is to get students comfortable with jiu-jitsu, and learn the fundamentals. We have built a curriculum that covers basic movements and techniques to ensure that students are successful when transitioning to the standard weekly class offerings.
