Dr. Jon Kole

Medical Director, Senior Director of PsychiatryHeadspace

Jon Kole is a husband and dad to three, then an adult and child psychiatrist and Medical Director of Headspace. He provides direct telepsychiatric care to adult and child patients across the United States and supports a multidisciplinary virtual health system, including text-based coaching, teletherapy, and telepsychiatry. He is also on faculty at Brown University as Assistant Professor and then Director of Ethics Education at the medical school. He completed Triple Board training (pediatrics/adult psychiatry/child psychiatry) at Broan and has achieved board certification in all three. He received his undergraduate, medical, and bioethics degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. Throughout his career and as a National Health Services Corps Scholar, he has provided support to under-resourced populations as an educator, physician, advocate, and whatever-is-needed volunteer. He is passionate about improving access to mental health services via scalable, sustainable, high-quality care models that bring out the best in providers and patients alike. He also loves Legos, eBikes, and breakfast cooking on the griddle.

Sarah Berkley

VP, Well-Being & Engagement NFP

Sarah joined NFP in April of 2015 and currently runs the Northeast region’s well-being practice and team. Sarah has been in the corporate well-being industry for 15 years. Before joining NFP, Sarah worked on the vendor side at Health Advocate as a Wellness Program Consultant and before that was in-house at Con Edison, the electricity company in NY, as a Wellness Specialist in the Occupational Health Department. In 2016, Sarah was recognized as one of the Top 50 Health Promotion Professionals by WELCOA. Sarah is frequently interviewed for articles on topics surrounding corporate wellness trends, mental health & well-being and caregiver benefits. Sarah has a B.A. in Sociology from Tulane University and a Masters of Public Health from Hunter College in New York City. She is also a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). Sarah is mom to 2 young boys (ages 4 and 2) and in her spare time enjoys traveling, being active outdoors, doing puzzles, and spending time with her family and friends.

Nikki Salenetri

Vice President of PeopleWellhub

Nikki Salenetri is the Vice President of People at Wellhub. She joined the company in 2018 as Head of Human Resources for the United States and now helps lead the global Wellhub team of approximately 1,200 employees across 10 countries. Before joining Wellhub, she leveraged her Masters Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from New York University as an HR leader at Rodale, Equinox, and the Wall Street Journal.

Amarita Bansal

Head of Global Content Marketing and Organic GrowthWellhub

With over a decade of expertise in storytelling, content marketing, and journalism, Amarita Bansal drives Wellhub’s content strategy from vision to execution, crafting engaging blogs, lead magnets, newsletters, and more to elevate workplace wellness. A graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Amarita began her career in news, honing her storytelling skills at the Associated Press’s London bureau. She later transitioned to content marketing, bringing her understanding of audience engagement to the ad tech and wellness industries. Outside of work, Amarita is an avid traveler and foodie, always seeking new culinary adventures. Based in New York City, she loves exploring the city’s neighborhoods, discovering hidden gems and tapping into her creative side with pottery classes.
