- Canceling the plan will result in the loss of discount eligibility.
- Pausing the plan will not result in the loss of the discount, which will remain valid for one month from the date of subscription, regardless of the pause. If the user pauses the plan during the discount period, they forfeit the right to apply the discount during that time.
- Users with an active subscription on the platform are not eligible for this promotion.
- The discount will be automatically applied to eligible users who subscribe to the Starter, Starter+, Basic, or Bronze plans between February 3 and February 10. If a user is not eligible for the promotion, the standard plan rates will apply.

Once you have created a free account on the Wellhub app through your company, you can browse deeper into the different plan options we offer. When you find the plan that best fits your lifestyle, you can activate it and start exploring Wellhub.
With a plan, you’ll get access to all of the gyms, studios, apps, trainers, and more that are available in your plan.
When you create your free account, you can explore all of the partners in each of the available plans. Using the search feature within our app, you can locate which partners are closest to you.
All of our plans give you access to thousands of nearby gyms and studios, a variety of classes, online personal training, and wellbeing apps for meditation, nutrition, and more.
As the plan tiers go up, the number of available partners increases.
You can pause, cancel, or upgrade your plan at any time without any cancellation fees, subscription fees, or long-term contracts.

With every Wellhub plan, you get one daily check-in to visit a gym or studio of your choice.
When you arrive at a gym or studio in your plan, open the Wellhub app. On the bottom right, tap “Check-in”. The gym or studio near you will pop up. Click through to confirm your check-in and show your confirmation at the front desk.
