No, this service is already included in the package. Your team receives support from our experts at every stage, from implementation to membership campaigns, using proven strategies to increase employee engagement among both active and inactive employees.
With the exception of the Digital Plan, all other plans allow 1 check-in per day in the Standard Access category, to access gyms, studios, or online classes. Using Partner Apps does not consume your check-in limit in this category. Therefore, yes, you can visit a gym or studio and, on the same day, use one or more apps to meditate, workout, have a therapy session and another digital activities.
Wellhub members can add up to three dependents to join our platform. These dependents will have access to all Wellhub plans at the standard price: unlike other solutions, we do not charge higher prices for dependents. In addition, your employee does not need to have and active paid plan in order for dependents to sign up and use the platform.
