Terms and Conditions for Wellhub Text and WhatsApp Message Program

Your use of this Wellhub text message service (the "Service") constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Text Terms”). The Wellhub Terms and Conditions and the Wellhub Privacy Policy also apply to your use of the Service, and are incorporated herein. We may amend these terms, and modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your mobile operator. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

You must be the mobile account holder and at least 18 years of age to participate. Your use of this Service constitutes your acceptance of the Text Terms.

Transactional and Security Alert Text Messages
If you have opted-in, Wellhub provides alerts regarding transactions and security via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided and/ or through WhatsApp at the mobile number you provided. You may receive recurring messages each month. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system and SMS technology or through the use of WhatsApp technology in certain countries. You understand that consent to receive such messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Transactional and security messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Account-related messages, such as resetting your password or changes to your user name or password, two-factor authentication, recovering access to your account
  • Confirmations or receipts, such as class bookings or reminders
  • Payment-related messages, such as payment charge failures

Marketing and Promotional Messages
If you have opted-in, Wellhub provides alerts, information, promotions, specials, and other marketing offers via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided or, in certain countries, through messages to your mobile number via WhatsApp. You may receive multiple marketing messages per month. Message frequency will vary. You may need to confirm your consent, such as by following the instructions contained in an initial message we send. In the US and EU, text HELP to receive assistance and text STOP to stop receiving messages. In other countries or for WhatsApp, please visit your Account Settings page to stop receiving communications.

Cancellation
For messages sent via SMS text or WhatsApp in any country where Wellhub operates, you may opt out of receiving any further messages via the Account Settings page in the Wellhub app.

For users in the USA, Canada, EU or UK, you may opt out of receiving SMS text messages by replying STOP to any such message. You may receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out.

General Provisions
You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you change your mobile phone number, you agree to opt out of the Services prior to changing your mobile number. Not all mobile devices may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Wellhub, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by this Service are not liable for any delayed or undelivered message.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liability, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service or from you providing us with a phone number that is not your own. You agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of, any information sent through the Service; any errors in such information; any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or service.
