Pilates Process Vancouver

We are a collective and collaborative Pilates team that does our very best to support each individual that comes through our doors. Our teachers have experience working with clients of all levels with various challenges, restrictions and strengths. There’s a maximum of 6 people in each of our group classes, allowing for more one-on-one attention and direct feedback from your teacher. All of our Reformers come with an attached Tower. There is a Cadillac, a Ladder Barrel, two Chairs and two Spine Correctors available for private and semi-private sessions. Our team is actively involved in the health community, working closely with other professionals and supporting healthy athleticism through community collaboration. We offer different class levels to support your needs. All classes are 55 minutes.
