Welcome to CTC Obstacles, your ultimate training ground for Ninja Warrior, parkour, and obstacle course racing! Are you training for a Tough Mudder, Spartan, or Mudmoiselle this year? Do you dream of mastering the course and becoming the next Canadian Ninja Warrior? Our adult classes and training programs are designed to build the strength, stamina, and technical skill you need to conquer any challenge. Our Philosophy: Fitness for Everyone We believe that fitness should be challenging, effective, and fun. You don't have to be an OCR racer or an experienced athlete to train here. Our community is built on a foundation of encouragement and support. All of our classes can be modified to suit any fitness level, from the absolute beginner to the seasoned competitor. Our expert instructors are here to teach you, motivate you, and help you discover that you can conquer any obstacle placed in front of you. And for our seasoned athletes? Don't worry—we’re ready to push you to your limits, too! Our Classes We offer a variety of classes designed to build a well-rounded, obstacle-ready athlete. Weight Strength Our trainers focus on building your functional strength and increasing your mobility. This class emphasizes controlled movement and proper form to help you take your obstacle training to the next level and prevent injury. Obstacle Ready This is where you prepare for race day. This class uses obstacles to imitate an obstacle race, combining them with high-intensity cardio to push you to your cardiovascular potential. You will build strength, increase your speed, and learn the techniques to commit, train, and conquer! HIIT it HARD Ignite your metabolism! Our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class will keep you burning calories long after your workout. We focus on a fun, fast-paced combination of cardio, weights, and body-weight movements to help you push your limits. Open Gym & Drop-Ins While we do not currently have a dedicated adult-only open gym time slot, we welcome all ages to join our Saturday drop-in sessions. This is a great time to practice new skills, test your abilities, and have fun on the obstacles.
