Our story The story of Gym Facteur 23 began in the spring of 2018. Following much encouragement from his family and friends, Éric Olivier mustered his courage and decided to pursue his biggest dream: owning his own gym. On the cusp of turning 40, it was time to take action! To help him realize his dream, Éric decided to take a course in entrepreneurship and business start-up. During his studies, Frédérick Pineault, a kinesiologist friend, joined him, sharing his project with him, and he subsequently enrolled in the same course. The Gym Facteur 23 project took shape over the following months. It took the team hundreds of hours of analysis and preparation to launch the work at the end of summer 2019. Five months later, a few more wrinkles, but above all a ton of pride, they officially opened Gym Facteur 23 on December 14, 2019.
